Hello, here is a not only fortnite clan but many game clans and here is how it works.

What would you accomplish as a staff :

• make sure chat is safe
• keep it nice and clean
• DM us if any problems!

What you would accomplish as a moderator :

• Make sure the community is TOXIC-FREE ( No toxicity )
• communicate and stay active
• make sure the chat is improving not decreasing

What you would accomplish as a Management :

• Interact and gather requests from the community
• Communicate with management what the community is interested in
• Make sure the community is liking what the team is doing
• Gathering opinions about the team from the community
• General : Generate the chat make sure its clean
• Social : Promote our discord and socials
• Community is everything above besides general and social.

What would you accomplish as a BOD :

• warn people that are not following the rules. ( Ask before do )
• Make sure people are not toxic at all.
• Stay active! 5-9 hours a day!

What would you accomplish as a executive :

• Warn people that are not following the rules ( no need to ask!. Only ask if the warn is debatable )
• Stay active 7-10 hours a day!
• Improve the clan!.

Trail staff - | Invites = 5/10 | | messages = 100-200+ | Active = 2-4 hours a day |

Staff - | Invites = 15 | | Messages = 300-400 + | Active = 5-7 hours a day ||

Moderator - | invites = 20-25 | Messages 500-600+ | Active = 6-10 hrs a day |

Management | Invites = 30-35 | Messages 700-800+ | Active = 7-11 hrs a day

BOD | Invites = 40 | Messages 900 | Active = 12 and less hrs a day

Executive | Invites = 50 | Messages 1k+ | Active = 12 and less hrs a day

Also wanted to reach out and say the active is optional you HAVE to be active but the optional part is you don't have to be active for like 12 hours in a row. You can spend 2 hours separately. Like 2 in morning 2 ater 2 after food 2 before bed. And stuff like that. We don't expect you all to really spend 12 hours on discord!. If you are a Trail staff and staff. You have to follow the active. So you HAVE to be active 2-4 and 5-7 hours a day! Or demote!.Love you all . Messages are also optional as long as you're following your tasks you don't need 1000000 messages. Good luck.
